项目摘要

本研究は、１８歳成人時代を見据えた初等教育における金融消費者教育の学習プログラム開発に関する基礎的データを収集・分析し、効果的な学習プログラムの開発・実践が目的である。今年度は、昨年度までに開発した学習プログラムを小学校の協力校で実践予定であったが、新型コロナウイルス収束に伴い、協力校の事情（授業時間の確保優先）により実践検証するには至らなかった。しかし、研究成果として令和３年度に開発した学習プログラムを、①日本社会科教育学会（信州大学・オンライン）と②経済教育学会（明治大学・オンライン）において発表した。以下、学会の発表題目と概要を記す。①金融・経済リテラシーをはぐくむ単元開発に関する研究-小学校社会科第５学年「わたしたちの生産と工業生産」を事例としてである。特に、地政学と金融・経済リテラシーの関連性を明らかにし、金融・経済リテラシーの育成には、地政学の視点から経済（我が国の貿易）を考えることも重要であることを指摘した。さらに、小学５年生段階の発展課題として為替レートに関する学習時間を盛り込み、最終的に全５時間の学修単元の開発を行った。②幼児教育における金融経済・消費者教育の学習プログラムの開発研究である。本研究は、開発した学習単元は幼稚園（５歳児向け）のものではあるが、小学校生活科と社会科との関連性を意識して開発した。幼稚園では、子どもが「遊び」を通して様々なことを学んでいく場であるため、子ども達が遊びを通して経済リテラシーの基礎概念（希少性、トレードオフ）を如何に理解させるかに焦点をあてて学習プログラムを開発した。２つとも学内紀要と学会誌に投稿中（掲載決定）である。
