项目摘要

本研究の目的は、「公民科」内に新設された「公共」、「倫理」および道徳教育を視野に入れつつ、日本及び諸外国の学校教育でも実践可能なプロフェッション倫理と市民倫理を活用した倫理教育教材を開発し、その成果を諸外国に発信することである。令和３年度は、①開発したグローバル教材（日本語版）を検証授業にかける、②海外の協力校でのグローバル教材（英語版）の検証授業を目指す、という二つの計画を予定していた。しかしながら、コロナ禍の影響のため、①に関しては、千葉大学教育学部附属小・中学校、岐阜大学教育学部附属小・中学校および都内協力校などでの検証授業を行うことができなかった。また、同様の理由で、②に関しても、海外の協力校に検証授業の実施に向けた具体的な交渉・協力依頼を行うことができなかった。そこで、令和４年度は、令和３年度に実施できたこと、できなかったことを踏まえて、①開発した各グローバル教材の日本語完成版、英語完成版を確定させ、それらをグローバルレベルで発表する・公開する、②外国学会での本科研の研究成果を発表する、という研究計画を立てた。しかしながら、外国学会の開催時期との関係上、②に関しては実施することができず、①に関しても、各グローバル教材の日本語完成版、英語完成版にまで至れなかった。

The purpose of this study is to develop ethics education textbooks for the development and application of ethics and civic ethics in Japanese and foreign schools. In 2003, the Ministry of Education announced that it would launch a series of activities to test the teaching materials (Japanese version), provide guidance on the teaching materials (English version) for overseas cooperation schools, and set up a plan to test the teaching materials.
