项目摘要

新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大の影響を受けて、令和4年度は延長期間として申請した。所期の計画通り、国内においては、医学部を中心とした全国の機関調査と、医学生及び医師を対象とした半構造化面接・インタビュー等を継続的に実施し、本研究課題に係る現状と課題を把握した。また、本研究で開発している教育を複数試行し、その学習効果を各種フィードバックやルーブリック等を用いて評価した。国際調査においては、基幹病院を擁する機関に所属する研究代表者として、感染リスク防止のための渡航制限を遵守し、主にインターネットを用いた教育・行政・国際機関等の情報収集と分析を進めた。また、遠隔会議システムを用いて複数回にわたり海外の担当者へのインタビューを行った。社会の感染拡大状況が収束へ向かい、渡航制限が解かれた令和4年度下半期においては、従前のオンラインによる国際学会発表・情報収集等に加えて、オンサイトによる学会発表・情報収集、各国の研究者との意見交換、現地調査等を推進した。また、高い倫理観と人間及び社会との相互理解が求められる医師と同様に古来プロフェッションと位置づけられる職能としての弁護士を対象としたインタビューも採り入れ、知見の汎用化への基礎作業を開始した。やがて幅広い専門職教育ならびに高等教育全般の礎となることが目指される。以上についての国際共同研究（The Graduate Institute, Geneva 等）も積極的に推進している。
