项目摘要

本研究では、産官学連携で得られた企業や労働者のさまざまなデータを用いて「働き方改革」や「健康経営」の費用対効果などのエビデンスを導出するとともに、それらのエビデンスをもとに、今後の日本の望ましい内部労働市場のあり方を検討し、労働市場政策や企業における人事・労務管理・経営施策への含意を示すことを目指している。5年目となる2022年度は、新しいテクノロジーやデータ処理スキルが賃金やウェルビーイングに与える影響についての分析を進め、研究発表を行い、内外の専門家の意見聴取を進めた。また、日本経済新聞社が企業に対して実施している「日経スマートワーク経営調査」の個票パネルデータを用いて従業員の睡眠と企業業績の関係性を検証する分析も進め、論文として公表した。このほか、労働者個人を追跡した「日本家計パネル調査」の個票データを用いて、在宅勤務実施などの働き方の変化と健康などのウェルビーイングの変化の関係などを検証する分析も進め、書籍の分担執筆を行った。いずれの研究からも、働き方改革や健康経営のあり方の制度設計を検討する上で有用なエビデンスや知見が導出できたといえる。
