项目摘要

前年度に引き続き、集団状態の把握と授業構成および指導行動の観察・記録、整理を行った。これまでに整理した集団の状態に応じた指導行動に基づいて、授業者と授業づくりと集団育成についての協議を行った。これまでのところ、適切な授業構成および指導行動は、集団に所属する児童の心理面・社会面・身体面の発達の実態による集団状態に応じて選ばれること、集団状態に応じた適切な授業構成および指導行動の選択が集団の規律や関係性の育成と関連していることが明らかになっている。また、授業者への集団育成についての聴き取りから、年度当初より目標とする集団状態を想定して、そこにむけた規律と関係性の育成のために繰り返し行う指導行動があることや、集団育成が困難である児童の実態の場合、授業外での児童への個別の指導援助やはたらきかけなどを同時におこなっていることが見出された。授業者との協議において、集団状態に応じた授業構成および指導行動の背景となる理論や研究の知見に基づいた実践方法について理解を共有することは、適切な授業構成、指導行動を強化することが示唆されている。また、集団の状態のアセスメントにおいて、授業構成および指導行動の工夫に関連する要因に注目して児童の実態を把握することが重要であることが示唆されている。これらの成果の一部は、研究協力者と共有するとともに研究協力校における校内研修、県、市町村教育委員会等の教員研修の場で公表した。
