项目摘要

昨年度の実施状況報告書で説明したとおり、本研究の主題であるフランコ体制時の海外でのバスク語通信教育受講者とその関係者に対する聴き取り調査の可能性がいったん絶たれた。また、９月に予定していたスペイン・カタルーニャ自治州での国際会議における口頭報告も、パンデミックの影響でキャンセルせざるをえなくなった。このため、2022年度には、それまで延期していた研究計画を再度変更せざるを得なくなった。具体的には、これまで収集してきた音声資料と文献資料の内容を別の観点から補強すべく、バスク自治州政府文書室と同州アライア村役場文書室において、関連行政文書のさらなる探索と、バスク語通信講座を開講した当事者の関係文書の確認を実施し、新たな知見を得ることができた。しかし、本研究の所期の目的を達成するには不十分であったと言わざるをえない。上述した聴き取り調査が効果的に実施できるであろう機会が2025年に先送りとなったため、本研究の期間内にこれ以上の新たな知見が得られる可能性は低いと判断する。よって、これまでに得られた知見をもとに、限定的かつ暫定的な研究成果を次年度にまとめて公表する準備を行うものとする。
