项目摘要

日本における看護基礎教育の中で、看護業務基準と倫理綱領がどのように活用され、基本的価値として共有されているかを明らかにするために研究を計画していたが、COVID-19の影響により、また、調査内容に関連する業務基準や倫理綱領の改訂が重なり、調査項目の内容を検討したり、研究対象者の検討に時間を要してきた。調査項目を検討した上で、新人看護師を対象として基礎教育での業務基準や倫理綱領についての学習を問う研究計画に一部を修正し、倫理審査の承認を得て、研究協力の同意が得られた特定機能病院の新人看護師を対象としたアンケート調査を実施した。３施設の1～3年目の看護師、522名に対してアンケートを送付し、262名の回答があった（回収率50.2％）。看護業務基準（日本看護協会）を知っていると回答した人は、40.1％（105名）で、授業で学んだと答えた人が64.8％（68名）と、最も多く、次いで国家試験の教科書をあげた人が48.6％（51名）であった。就職してから業務基準について学ぶ機会があったと回答した人は28.2％（74名）であった。自由記述に、座学で学ぶだけではなく、実習での経験を振り返る際に活用できると回答した人が複数みられた。3月に収集したデータ分析を実施し、看護基礎教育や継続教育に資するよう、2023年度中に学会等で公表する予定である。
