本研究の目的は、急性期病院に入院もしくは外来通院している高齢患者の尊厳が保持され、治療方法や入院生活においての意思が尊重される看護実践を確立するための倫理研修プログラムの開発である。開発するプログラムの特徴は、高齢患者の治療や療養の場の意思決定、入院や外来受診の際などの日常における尊厳の保持に焦点をあて、倫理的課題がある状況を管理的な視点でアセスメントする力、看護師個人、または、チーム、組織で改善する力の向上を目指しているところである。 今年度は、COVID-19の感染対策のために病院内の看護倫理研修の実施時間や参加人数の制限、または、研修を中止せざるを得ない状況で、webを利用した事前学習、対面研修においては、時間と参加者数の短縮など、感染対策上、許容されるプログラムを作成し実施した。また、認定看護師養成課程の授業において倫理研修プログラムの一部を活用し日常倫理に関するグループワークを実施した。急性期病院の院内研修においては、看護師の経験年数別に卒後3年目には、日常の療養生活支援における倫理、5年目には意思決定支援をテーマの研修を実施した。結果：対面での集合研修を制限をしていた施設が多かったこと、対象施設における感染対策が優先され、インタビュー調査が難しかったことで、プログラムの評価まで至らなかった。研修終了時の振り返りシートでは、研修への満足度が高く、今後の自己の看護実践に活用できると回答した人が９割であった。しかし、研修後にどのように実践に変化が生じたかのデータ収集には至らなかった。

The purpose of this study is to develop ethical research on hospital admission in acute phase, to maintain the respect of patients with hypertension, to establish the meaning of treatment and nursing practice in admission life. The characteristics of development include rational decision-making in the treatment and rehabilitation field of patients with hypertension, maintenance of dignity at the time of admission, ethical issues, and management of the situation. This year, COVID-19 infection control strategy, implementation time of nursing ethics training in hospitals, limitation of number of participants, suspension of training, status of web utilization, prior learning, reduction of number of participants, implementation of infection control strategy, and implementation of tolerance training. Part of the ethics training program for certified nurses is to use ethics in daily life. Hospital training during acute phase, nursing staff training for 3 years after death, nursing staff training for 5 years after death, nursing staff training for 3 years after death, nursing staff training for 5 years after death. The results showed that the set of study restrictions on the surface were implemented in multiple ways, and the infection control measures for the target implementation were prioritized, and the investigation of the target population was difficult. When the training ends, the training will be completed, and the training will be completed. In the future, the nursing practice will be implemented. After the training, the changes in practice and the collection of data are endless.
