Challenge to dogma in autophagy

自噬是细胞内的整体降解系统。虽然自噬领域的最新进展扩大了我们对这一过程的认识，但仍有一些教条被广泛相信，但经过了很好的研究。在这里，我们仔细分析了其中之一，一个被认为是选择性自噬中靶点识别的模型。我们发现，采用蛋白和LC 3之间的相互作用不足以解释识别，并且存在靶本身不被识别的情况。

Autophagy is intracellular bulk degradation system. While recent progress in autophagy field has expanded our knowledge of the process, there are some dogma, which are widely believed but examined well. Here, we analyzed carefully one of them, a believed model for target recognition in selective autophagy. We showed that interaction between adopter proteins and LC3 is not enough to explain the recognition and there is a case that target itself is not recognized.
