项目摘要

2022年度は研究計画1年次に示した通り、①音楽と観光に関わる国内外の関連先行研究の整理、②JR福島駅発車メロディ（古関裕而作曲メロディ2種を使用）を対象とした資料調査・現地フィールド調査を実施した。①に関しては、民族音楽学、ミュージック・ツーリズム研究領域の先行研究について、地域住民とツーリストにとっての「日常／非日常」に主たる焦点を当て整理した。②に関しては、現地調査を2022年6月15日、10月15日、11月13日、12月23日の計4回実施し、福島駅周辺での古関メロディ使用状況調査、「福島市古関裕而記念音楽祭」を含めた関連イベントでの参与観察、古関裕而記念館職員2名へのインタビュー等を行った。これらの成果に関しては、まず、12月4日実施、サウンドスケープ協会秋季発表会にて「“聴く主体”と音との関係性を探る―福島駅周辺における古関メロディ使用の現状から―」として発表し、サウンドスケープ・音楽学・音環境デザイン・芸術関連政策等に関わる諸研究者と成果を共有し、今後の研究方向性に関する意見を含めた重要な議論を得ることができた。また、所属研究機関であるお茶の水女子大学での「みがかずば研究員交流会」においても成果発表を行い、幅広い研究領域の研究者より意見聴取を行ったことも重要な成果である。さらに、①②の調査に関する成果をまとめ、査読付き英語論文“The New Relationship between the Ordinary/everyday and the Extraordinary in Research on Music and Tourism ―Focusing on the Soundscape in Fukushima―”として発表した。日本国内の重要な事例を、音楽と観光に関わる最新の研究として、国内外の研究者と共有を可能にした重要な成果となった。
