本研究は『行動経済理論の発展と応用』という研究課題のもと、近年の心理学からの知見を組み入れた新たな行動経済理論モデルの構築を目的とする。今年度の主な研究実績としては、自尊心の不安定性についての理論研究を行った"Fragile Self-Esteem" (Botond Koszegi氏及びGeorge Loewenstein氏との共著)というタイトルの学術論文が、国際英文査読誌のReview of Economic Studiesに出版されたことが挙げられる。本誌は経済学における最高峰の査読誌の1つであると広く認知されている。さらに、申請者のこれまでの研究および研究から得た知見をまとめる形で『行動経済学』というタイトルの和書を日本評論社から出版した。並行して、他共著者との各研究プロジェクトをそれぞれ進展させ、そのうちいくつかのプロジェクトにおいて国内および海外のセミナー・ワークショップ・学会での研究報告を行った。今年度はコロナ禍のため、研究報告は国内外を問わずオンラインが多く、また各共著者との研究プロジェクトの打ち合わせもオンラインが多かったが、それぞれのプロジェクトにおいて順調な進展を遂げた。

This study aims to explore the development and application of action theory, and to organize the new action theory. This year's main research achievements include theoretical research on the instability of self-esteem,"Fragile Self-Esteem" (co-authored by Botond Koszegi and George Loewenstein), and academic papers published in the Review of Economic Studies, an international English journal. The highest peak of this journal is the investigation of the history of science. The applicant's research and study were published by the Japan Review Agency. In parallel, he co-authored various research projects, including the progress of research projects in China and overseas. This year's research report on the development of science and technology at home and abroad has been published by various co-authors.
