令和4年度は、本研究課題が開発を目指すプログラムの内容および実施時期について検討するために、研究者が所属する大学のキャリア支援部署や実際に学生指導にあたる教員との意見交換を行った。各学年でキャリア支援部署が設定する授業科目が展開されており、教員も担当するクラスにおいて個別の形式でキャリア・進路指導を実施していることがわかった。しかしながら、特に学生が大学３年生になって以降に支援が手厚くなる傾向があることから、本研究課題においては、大学１年生・２年生の時期に、これまでの自身を振り返り、本研究が注目する進路選択に向けた価値の明確化の素地を作る内容を組み込むこと、大学３年生・４年生では、現実的な進路選択とそれに向けた準備を促進する内容を含め、社会人生活における長期的な適応維持を意図した心理教育の要素を組み込んでいくことが有用であると考察した。プログラムの実施形式については、参加学生や感染症拡大の状況を考慮し、個別においても集団においても実施可能なように準備を行う。オンライン形式でのワークシートの整備についても並行させる。令和5年度は、プログラムの内容・時期を確定し、実施する。現在実施されている学生の進路選択支援の実際を整理した上で、本研究課題が開発を目指すプログラムの位置づけを明確にする。また、授業・セミナー形式をとった集団での実施の枠組みの可能性などについても検討し、関係各所との調整を引き続き行いながら進めていく。
