项目摘要

補助金を受けた当該テーマについて研究を行い、その成果を次の3つの論文にまとめた。1.公的資本を含む成長モデルで、重要なパラメータとなる社会資本と民間資本の代替・補完関係について、静学的最適化行動を仮定したトランスログタイプの費用関数を推定した。その結果、民間資本と社会資本は代替的であることが示された。この研究成果は、「社会資本と民間資本の代替・補完性」という論文にまとめられ、公刊された。2.さらに社会資本と民間資本の代替性について、動学的最適化行動を仮定したモデルでコブダグラス型とCES型の生産関係について一般化積率推定法(GMM)を使い、マクロデータで推定と検定を行った。その結果、民間資本と社会資本の代替性はかなり小さいこと、また両者の収益率は80年代以降大差ない水準で変動していることが示された。この結果は、「社会資本供給量の最適性」という論文にまとめられ、レフェリーの審査を経て公刊された。3.政府支出や公的資本を含む内生的成長モデルのcalibrationの方法、特にその中心となる最適な均衡意志決定ルールを求めるための数値計算の方法について考察し、その手法を用いて上の2つの論文の成果なども考慮しつつ実際に公的資本を含む成長モデルについてcalibrationを実行した。その結果、実際の経済成長の描写に内生的成長モデルは適さず、むしろ外生的な成長モデルが適当であることが示された。この結果は「社会資本のマクロ経済効果-成長モデルによるキャリブレーション-」という論文にまとめられた。

As a result, the description of the actual growth of endogenous growth is appropriate, and exogenous growth is appropriate. The result is "social capital development".
