20世紀70年代からの改革開放政策によって、中国の経済は急速発展し、教育にも力を入れるようになった。とりわけ障害児教育にも着目するようになった。特に2006年から『中国障害者事業"十一五"発展綱要』(2006年～2010年)の実施と『中華人民共和国義務教育法』の改訂、さらに2008年オリンピックの開催を迎え、3月に『中共中央国務院障害者事業発展の促進に関する意見』の公表、7月に『中華人民共和国障害者保障法』の修正により、中重度障害児や発達障害児の教育を重視され、障害児・者の権利を強調するようになった。これまでに対象にされていない自閉症児療育も注目されるようになった。本研究は筆者の博士論文「中国における自閉症児の母親の育児困難の実態と発達支援ニーズに関する研究」の内容を深め、これまでの現状を確認しながら、中国における自閉症児の母親が育児過程においてどのような悩み・不安・ストレスを抱えているのかという実態を把握し、母親はそれらの悩み・不安・ストレスの解消に必要な育児支援および自閉症児への発達支援に対してどのようなニーズをもっているのかを中国の民間自閉症児療育施設に通所する母親に対する質問紙調査および参与観察・面接法調査によってさらに明らかにした。『中華人民共和国障害者保障法』の改訂により、自閉症児の現状が大幅に改善された。中国における自閉症児の療育システムの開発も緊急な課題になっている。本研究はこれまでの研究をふまえたうえ現状を把握し、その結果を中国における自閉症児療育システムの開発の手かがりにするのは目的である。

This is the first time I've seen a child. This study is based on the author's doctoral thesis,"A Study on the Status and Development of Childbearing Difficulties in Autistic Mothers in China," and confirms the status quo of childbearing difficulties in autistic mothers in China. Mothers are required to support their children's development and support their autism in order to solve their autism problems. People in China are required to conduct a questionnaire survey on mothers and participate in an interview survey on autism. The revision of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Victims has greatly improved the status quo of autism. China is the first country to develop an autism treatment system. This study aims to understand the current situation and the results of autism treatment in China.
