文部科学省の「学びのイノベーション事業」は,ICTを活用することにより子どもたちが教え合い学び合う協働的な学びを推進している。自身もこれまでの実践研究により,「ICTを活用した協働的な学びが,書字教育において有効である」との仮説を得た。本研究は,この仮説を立証することを目的としている。特に,デジタルポートフォリオを活用した協働的な学び合いによる子どもたちの書字能力の向上について検証を行うものである。具体的には,(1)毎時間の1枚目と清書の作品を撮影し,それらを「楽2ライブラリ」(株式会社PFU)を活用しデジタルポートフォリオを作成した。(2)「コラボノート」(JR四国コミュニケーショウェア)を活用し,作品画像を(1)からコピーし,制作意図とあわせて公開することで,意見交流を行った。(3)1時間,1年の作品を比較させ,生徒にアンケートを行った。本研究により,書写および書道の授業作品をデジタルポートフォリオ化することで,1時間あるいは1年といった単位で書字能力の変化を,学習者自身で確認できるようになった。これにより,技能の向上を自己点検できるようになり,結果として学習者の学びに対する意欲は高まった。さらに,指導者にとっても,指導のあり方を点検する材料となり,授業改善につながった。さらに,コラボノートをあわせて活用することにより,学習者の言語活動が活発化し,学習者同士が互いに学び合える協働的な学びが実現できた。なお本研究は書写書道学習に特化したものではあるが,美術や体育といった他教科でも同等の成果を得られる可能性を秘めており,他教科での活用が期待される。
