1.研究目的「職場体験活動の機会の拡大」(中央教育審議会,2010)が指摘されるなど、特別支援学校(知的障害)高等部の作業学習は、従来のもの作りを中心とした学校内完結型から地域資源活用型への移行が求められている。本研究の目的は、地域資源活用型作業学習の学習システム・モデルを構築する際に有益な知見を得ることであった。2.研究方法研究方法は二つに大別された。研究1では、全国の特別支援学校(高等部のみ単独設置校)及び高等特別支援学校(計75校)に対し、作業に関する授業時の地域資源活用状況についての質問紙調査を実施した。研究2では、校内完結型と地域資源活用型双方の授業観察を行い、授業後、対象生徒2名に働く意義や働く意欲を主とした自己評価に関する聞き取り調査を実施した。4段階のリッカート尺度を用い、回答を得点化し比較検討した。3、研究成果研究1では、44校から回答があり(回収率58.7%)、そのうち42校で何らかの地域資源を活用していた。活用事例数は323事例であり、分析の結果、地域人材を講師として招聘する等の「校内・人的資源活用モデル」、公民館で清掃作業を行う等の「校外・物的資源活用モデル」、名刺作成の受注を受ける等の「校内・物的資源活用モデル」が多くを占めた。また、月1回程度以上の活用頻度が27.9%と全事例の3割弱にとどまった。研究2では、2名とも校内完結型よりも地域資源活用型の授業において、自己評価に関する回答の総得点が高かった。本研究により、地域資源を活用した作業学習において、いくつかの地域資源活用モデルが明らかになった。また、地域資源活用型作業学習では、働く意義や働く意欲について、生徒の自己評価が高まる可能性が示された。
