本研究では,平成9年度において(1)駅での乗り換え行動の把握,(2)移動手段別の負担感の比較,(3)乗り換え行動の負担の算出について調査および分析を行った.平成10年度では,これらの成果を踏まえた上で,分析対象とする行動を自宅を起点とした外出行動に拡大し,検討項目を追加した.そして2箇年の成果を総合化することで公共交通機関を利用した移動環境の評価を試みた.具体的にはまず,大阪府豊中市全域を対象として,市民の外出行動の状況を訪問回収方式のアンケート調査により把握した.この調査の中では,個人の社会的属性以外に,公共交通利用環境(例えば,主に利用する経路,利用交通機関,交通費など)を調査すると同時に,現在の経路を選択する理由,代替経路の有無,現状の施設整備・運賃制度・情報提供に対する不満・問題点を調査した.そして,これらの調査結果を分析することで,乗り換え行動に影響を及ぼす施設面の問題に加えて,金銭的な負担や情報収集の問題と外出行動との関係を明らかにした.さらに,施設利用面,金銭負担面,情報収集面からの評価指標の相互関係を考慮した上で外出行動(主として外出頻度)との関係をモデル化することで,総合的な公共交通機関利用環境評価を行った.

This study was conducted in 2009 to investigate and analyze (1) how to control the movement of mobile devices,(2) how to compare the burden of mobile devices, and (3) how to calculate the burden of mobile devices. In 2010, we will build on these achievements, expand our analysis of objects and actions from home to outside, and add new evaluation projects. The results of two years of research have been integrated into the evaluation of the use of mobile environments by public transportation agencies.
