项目摘要

本年度は、以下の4点に関する研究を行った。(1)ケーススタディ地区を対象としたCG作成岐阜県可児市中心部を対象として、都市計画基本図を入手し、現地調査と撮影を行って、本研究で提案した手法に従ってCGを作成した。現地調査では階数・建物高さ情報を入手し、CADによる単純3次元化を行った簡便画像との比較を行っている。この時の労力軽減効果の計測と、計画支援や住民説明への利用可能性の確認を行って、本研究の成果を実証した。(2)住民が操作可能なCG呈示システムの開発上記で作成したCGについて、CADソフトのVBカスタマイズと、JavaScriptとの2種類の方法による、インタラクティブにCG画像の変更が可能なCG呈示システムを開発した。これを自治体職員に実際に操作してもらい、適用性の評価を受け、これをふまえた改良も行った。(3)簡便な対象地域CG作成の方法論の構築研究補助者や自治体職員の意見をふまえて、微修正や追加開発作業を行ったのち、今までに行った要素技術を組み合わせ、自治体職員が自ら操作できる形態に留意したCG作成の方法論を構築した。(4)研究のとりまとめ2年間の研究成果をとりまとめ、自治体向けのCG作成ガイドを作成した。そして、成果を広く社会に還元するため、研究代表者が知り得る同様の検討を進めている中小規模の自治体に配布した。
