本年度は以下の通り,研究が実施された.第1に,昨年度および一昨年度に実施された実験の成果を踏まえて,よりリアリティ豊かな実験実施のためのプログラムの改良が行われた.この際,現実的な状況の再現可能性を高めるよう留意した.第2に,実験プログラムを円滑に推進するための各種ドキュメントやマニュアル類の改良および再改訂が行われた.これらドキュメントの改訂は,実験実施の都度行われている.第3に,こうして改良された実験プログラム,アプリケーションおよびドキュメント・マニュアル類を実際に用いて,実験を実施された.具体的には,・企業実務家および大学院生を主たる対象とする実験(平成18年4月〜5月の期間に3回)・大学院生および学部学生を主たる対象とする実験(平成17年4月,10〜12月および平成18年1月の期間に3回)の計6回におよぶ実験を実施した.これら実験プログラムの1セッション終了するたびに,データ解析結果に基づき,実験プログラムの改良および修正が行われた.すなわち,市場データ,R＆D効果,マーケティング活動効果などのパラメータを微調整し,パイロット実験プログラムの精緻化が行われた.実験によるデータ収集→データの解析→解析結果に基づく実験プログラムの改良→さらなる実験の実施,というサイクルを反復することで,包括的にデータを収集・解析が行われた.その結果,戦略策定(strategy formulation),戦略実施(strategy implementation),組織設計(organization design)および戦略フィードバック(strategic feedback)に関する一定の知見を獲得することに成功した.これらの研究成果の一部は,次頁に示す研究論文として発表されている.また,研究成果の一部は,同じく次頁に示す著書として,公表されている(あるいは,近日中に公表されることが確定している).
