项目摘要

本研究の目的は、1)「周産期ファミリーケア」の実践枠組の作成、2)実践的枠組みに基づく教育プログラムの開発。平成20年度は、「周産期ファミリーケア」教育プログラムの作成、教育プログラム評価表の作成、教育プログラムの実施と評価を行うことであった。「周産期ファミリーケア実践枠組」を基に、PBL、ロールプレイ、遠隔指導、討論による1か月間のプログラムを作成した。内容は、基礎理論(周産期ファミリーケア論、親子・家族関係の発達、親役割と家族機能)、状況危機・愛着形成(理論の理解と援助技法)、意思決定過程(理論の理解と援助技法)、周産期の喪失、周産期におけるスピリチュアリテイである。教育プログラムは、研修会として、平成20年11月15日・16日、12月16日に実施、参加者9名、指導者6名であった。教育プログラム評価は、参加者9名を対象に半構成型質問紙を用い、研修会期間中及び終了時に実施した。記述内容は、次の5点に要約できた。1)FCCや家族発達という観点からファミリーケアの実践を再検討できる内容であった。2)スピリチュアリテイについて考え、その実践の必要性と意義を学んだ。3)PBLが用いられたので、家族の問題やケアに関する本質的な捉え方を学んだ。4)家族とのコミュニケーションを形成・維持するための技法の有用性を学んだ。5)意思決定や親子関係形成には、母親の身体状況、家族の心理的側面やスピリチュアリテイが関連することを認識できた。プログラム参加者の評価を通して、本周産期ファミリーケア教育プログラムは、臨床看護師が包括的アプローチとしてのファミリーケアを学習するうえで役立つと考えられた。
