项目摘要

中国経済の国際化が進展していく過程で、経済体制改革の一環として貿易管理制度の改革、外国資本及び西欧先進技術の導入のための特別措置、経済特区及び開発区の設置と整備、国内市場の一部開放、企業管理制度と企業会計制度の改革などが進行しつつある。しかし、中国経済は国内の地域格差が激しく、日中経済交流の可能性を探るためには、この地域間交流の問題は非常に重要なポイントとなる。そのため、長崎県と姉妹関係を定結する中国福建省の実状に即して研究が進められた。昨年度は、上記研究目的を達成するため、日中合弁事業関係者や中国側の調査担当者への聞き取り調査、既存文献研究を通じて基礎研究を行なった。本年度は、昨年の調査・研究によって摘出された、実務レベルの問題や日中経済交流の社会経済的背景が、各研究者個別の問題意識の根底に置かれるということが確認され、研究会等を通じて積極的に報告がなされた.これら研究会での報告において、日中経済交流の課題、特にアジアNIESアセアン諸国との経済関係の現状分析が総合的視野で報告され、中国海運と港湾の動向が、最新の事例とともに報告された。さらに長崎地区の地場産業の発展の可能性を日中経済交流との関係で分析するという新しい視点に立った報告がなされ、地域間国際交流の可能性を求めてという研究課題に対する総合的な研究が深められた。また、中国企業の会計問題では、中国独自の資金管理指向の会計制度と会計の国際化問題が報告され、特に日中合弁事業の基本的な問題点について検討が進められた。補助金の交付期間が一年と数ケ月という事情もあり、基礎研究を中心として各研究者の研究が深められたが、成果の一部は本学論集に発表されることとなった。
