A Study on the Process of Professional Socialization

该项目的目的是澄清职业社会化的过程。在该项目中，进行了三项调查。首先是对学生时代接受调查的教师进行的小组调查。第二次调查是对学校管理者的研究。三是对中小学教师的调查。所有调查均采用邮寄调查方式进行。应答率比较高。通过对面板数据的分析，我们得到了以下结果：(1)我们可以联系到592名教师，他们也是学生。利用SPSS系统文件将591名教师的原始数据与学生原始数据进行融合。(2)观察小组的一些态度变化。在成为教师后，他们往往会认识到文书技能的重要性。他们也倾向于贬低教师的社会地位。(3)可以肯定邮寄调查是一种有效的教师调查研究方法。

The purpose of the project is to clarify the process of professional socialization. In the project,three surveys were conducted. First is a panel survey of teachers who were investigated when they were students. Second survey is a research of school administrators. Third is a survey of teachers of elementary and junior high schools. All surveys were conducted using mail survey method. Response rate is relatively high. In analyzing panel data,we have obtained the following results.(1) We could contact 592 teachers who were also contacted with they were students. 591 teachers were merged with students original data using SPSS system file.(2) We could observe some attitude changes of panels. They tend to recognize the importance of clerical skills after they become teachers. They also tend to depreciate the social status of teachers.(3) We could confirm that mail survey is a valid research method for teacher survey.
