THE HIGH-SPEED POTENTIOMETRIC ANALYSIS SYSTEM EQUIPPED WITH A CHLORIDE ION-SELECTIVE ELECTRODE DETECTOR (NAMED AS HIGH SPEED POTENTIOMETRIC ANALYZER : HSPA) WAS DEVELOPED FIRST,WHICH ENABLED DETERMINATION AS QUICK AS 1.2-1.3S PER SAMPLE.THIS SYSTEM WAS THEN IMPROVED BY REPLACING THE ROLLER PUMP WITH AN ASPIRATOR TOGETHER WITH A SUCTION-TYPE FLOW CELL.THE ANALYSIS TIME WAS SHORTENED TO WITHIN IS.THE NITRATE ION-SENSITIVE FIELD EFFECT TRANSISTOR WAS DEVELOPED.THE SURFACE OF THE ISFET WAS COVERED WITH AN ACTIVE MATERIAL BASED ON BATHO-CUPROIN COPPER (I) NITRATE DISSOLVED IN SOLID SOLVENT.THE DYNAMIC RESPONSE CHARACTERISTICS OF pH-ISFET WAS ALSO INVESTIGATED.THE 95% RESPONSE TIME WHEN THE STEP CHANGE OF pH WAS OCCURRED WAS 0.25-0.3 S,WHICH WAS MUCH SLOWER THAN THE VALUES (WITHIN 10 ms)
用氯离子选择电极检测器改装的快速电位分析系统(命名为高速电位分析仪:HSPA)是第一个推出的,该系统的改进是用吸引式流动池代替了传统的辊式采样器,缩短了分析时间,使硝酸根离子的测定时间缩短到1.2-1.3S/个样品。研制了灵敏场效应晶体管(ISFET),用溶于固体溶剂的硝酸亚铜基活性物质覆盖ISFET的表面,测定了pH ISFET的动态响应特性,pH阶跃变化时的95%响应时间为0.25- 0.3S,比数值慢得多(10 ms内)
