英文摘要
In this study we measured the porosity of five commercial resin cements-Panavia21 (Kuraray) , Imperva Dual (Shofu) , Bistite Resin Cement (Tokuyama) , CR Inlay Cement (Kuraray) , Clapear DC (Kuraray) and investigated the relationship between the porosity and the characteristics such as viscosity, bending strength and wear resistance of these resin cements. The degree of porosity in the powder/liquid typed cements was ten-times as large as that in paste/paste typed cements. The powder/liquid typed cements had many pores of which diameter was more than 30 mum, while paste/paste typed cements had a lot of small ones less than 10 mum. In Bistite Resin Cement, Panavia21 and Clapearl DC,there were negative liner relationship between the porosity and viscosity. As for bending strength, more porous cements presented lower strengths. The order of wear loss was CR Inlay Cement>Panavia21>Imperva Dual>Clapearl DC>Bistite Resin Cement. The wear loss of the cements increased with the porosity. We also observed the wear resistance of the cements in vivo. The wear loss of CR Inlay Cement and Panavia21 was tended to be higher than those of other cements. However, unfortunately we could not find the relationship between the porosity and wear resistance of cements in vivo.
