例えば中国では、法治行政を進めるため公務員の法教育を全国家的に進め、ドイツでは、経済状態が悪化する現状でも公務員の養成・研修制度で一貫して法的素養の強化に努めているのに対して、日本では、主に財政的事情から、法的資質の強化も含めて、公務員に対する研修の量と質はかえって劣化している。研究の結論としては、単に法務教育の重要性を語り、理想的なカリキュラムを提示することでは解決しない危機的な段階であることが判明した。

For example, in China, the rule of law administration promotes the promotion of legal education for public officers throughout the country, the training system for public servants, the training system for public employees, the promotion of training programs, the promotion of political affairs in Japan, and the enhancement of financial resources in law. The public servants should study and measure the quality of the products and make them worse.
