A survey by an occupational health nurse focusing on workplace communication aimed at supporting a work-life balance

本研究的目的是为实现员工的工作与生活平衡提供建议。第一年，针对育儿工作者和工作场所的其他人进行了一项调查，主要关注他们工作场所的沟通问题。第二年，针对特定工作场所的员工进行问卷调查。因此，总体而言，员工之间透露需要加强相互了解，包括工作和工作以外的生活。

The goal of this study was to obtain suggestions for the realization of work-life balance of workers. First year, intended for child-rearing workers and others in their workplace, conducted a survey focusing primarily on communication issues in their workplace. 2'nd year, questionnaire survey was conducted targeting workers in particular workplace. As a result of overall among workers revealed the need to enhance mutual understanding including work and outside work life.
