本研究は、高齢者施設ならびに在宅看護の現場における清潔間欠導尿における指導管理の実態と看護師が抱える困難、必要な支援内容を探るための実態調査研究である。研究の目的を達成するために、平成23年度は、本調査を確実に実施するための体制を整える期間とし、排尿管理、高齢者看護、在宅看護の幅広い分野から文献検討を行うとともに、専門家の助言に基づき、予備調査および本調査の研究方法を精選した。さらに、文献検討に基づき、予備調査を実施・分析・成果発表を行い、本調査の研究方法の修正を行った。平成24年度4月～9月は、本調査を下記の手順で実施した。予備調査および文献検討、専門家からの助言を基に質問紙を作成し、訪問看護ステーションおよび高齢者施設に従事し、清潔間欠導尿の指導を含む尿路管理を担う看護師を対象に質問紙調査を郵送法で実施した。調査項目は、回答者の背景、所属機関における清潔間欠導尿の指導管理の方法、適切な指導管理のために必要な看護連携システムの在り方、指導に関する教育へのニーズとした。倫理的配慮として、研究参加は、対象者の自由意志であり、研究協力の諾否によって、不利益をこうむらないこと、匿名性とプライバシーを厳守することを保証するとともに、本調査の実施は首都大学東京荒川キャンパスにおける研究倫理委員会の承認を得て実施した。調査期間は平成24年8月～9月であり、訪問看護ステーション400施設、高齢者施設(老人保健介護施設)500施設を無作為抽出し、調査対象とした。10月までの返信数が、訪問看護ステーション95通(回答率23.8%)、高齢者施設120通(24%)であった。分析および結果の公表に関しては、来年度、研究を再開した後に実施する予定である。

This study is an empirical study on the implementation of nursing care in the home, the lack of catheterization in the cleaning room, the status of guidance management, the difficulties of nursing care, the necessary support content, etc. The purpose of this study is to determine the duration of the study, the management of urination, the care of the elderly, the distribution of literature, the basis of the study, and the methods of this study. In this paper, the basic information of literature review, the implementation of preliminary investigation, analysis and achievement report, the revision of research methods of this investigation are carried out. From April to September of 2014, this survey was carried out in accordance with the following procedures. Document review, questionnaire preparation, interview, nursing, questionnaire design, guidance on urinary tract management, questionnaire preparation, questionnaire delivery The survey items include background of respondents, methods of guidance and management of cleaning room, appropriate guidance and management, necessary nursing care system, guidance related education, etc. Ethical considerations, participation in research, free will of subjects, commitment to research collaboration, non-interest, anonymity, and confidentiality are guaranteed. Implementation of this study, Tokyo Metropolitan University, Arakawa, and recognition by the Research Ethics Committee. The survey period is from August to September 24, 2010. There are 400 facilities for visiting nursing staff and 500 facilities for senior citizens. There is no work to be done. In October, the number of returned letters was 95 (response rate 23.8%), and the number of visits was 120 (24%). The analysis and results of the report are related to the future year, the study and the implementation of the predetermined period.
