Developing a support model for psychosocial aspect of the stroke clients

我做了一项研究，为中风病人的心理社会方面开发了一个职业治疗的支持模型。在以前的研究中，我们清楚地表明，中风病人通过依靠自己的过去和展望未来来康复。在本研究中，我对110名中风病人进行了家庭问卷调查，并对内容进行了效度检验。通过对37名脑卒中患者的书面访谈，明确了脑卒中患者在家中所需的康复支持：1：地方性和专业性; 2：寻找后备资源; 3：参与创造生活方式; 4：加强咨询功能，使咨询功能延伸到身体方面、生活方面、参与方面。

I did a study developing a support model of occupational therapy for psychosocial aspect of the stroke clients.In a preceding study, we made clear that the stroke clients get recovery through relying on one's own past, and dipping into the future. In this study, I did a questionnaire for stroke clients in home (got 110 respondents) and validity of the content was checked. From 37 stroke clients' (who agreed by letter) interview, the rehabilitation supports needed by the stroke clients in home had become clear that 1:locality and speciality, 2: finding reserve resources, 3:participation to create lifestyles, 4:Enhancement of the consultation function to extend to a physical aspect, aspect of living, participation side.
