Exploring the efficient and appropriate management strategy of home visiting nursing agencies resources

采用工作投入度来衡量出诊护理机构管理制度的适宜性。文章回顾显示，护士与其他护理提供者/客户之间更好的合作可能会对护士的工作投入产生积极的影响。我们开发了日本版的关系协调量表，可以用来衡量与他人的良好合作。对日本出诊护士进行自我管理的网络调查。与医生、护理经理和客户更好的合作与护士的工作投入呈正相关。促进社区内护理人员之间的合作，有助于改善上门护理机构的管理制度。

Work engagement was used for measuring appropriateness of home visiting nursing agencies' management system. Article review showed that better collaboration among nurses and other care providers/clients might affect nurses' work engagement positively. We developed the Japanese version of Relational coordination scale, which could be used in order to measure good collaboration with others. Self-administered web survey was conducted for Japanese home visiting nurses. Better collaboration with physician, care managers and clients was positively associated with nurses' work engagement. Promoting better collaboration within care providers in community would contribute to improve managing system of home visiting nursing agencies.
