Research on language acquisition process of technical Japanese basaed on the notional knowledge

本研究项目的最终目的是利用多语种词典完成日语阅读理解系统。作为研究的第一阶段，我们重点研究了技术日语的语言习得过程。我们试图为已经掌握专业基础知识的理工科学生构建一种有效的技术日语学习方法。我们假设学生在学习技术日语时会使用专业领域的知识。我们选择了科技语篇中出现频率较高的词汇，并从中介语理论和教学大纲的角度对其进行了分析。在这三年中，我们发现泰语、马来语和印尼语中相当多的科技领域新概念词都是从英语中借来的。从这一点出发，我们得出结论，对于技术日语学习系统来说，句法支持比技术词更重要。最后，我们在学习支持系统Asunaro中实现了多语言词典的结果。

The final purpose of our research project is the completion of Japanese reading comprehension system with multilingual dictionary.As the first stage of this research, we focused on the language acquisition process of technical Japanese. We tried to construct an efficient method of technical Japanese learning for scientific students, who have already acquired basic knowledge in the special fields. We hypothesize that students use their knowledge in special fields when they learn Technical Japanese.We chose some high frequency words in scientific and technical texts, and analyzed them from the point of inter-language theory and the notional syllabus in the pedagogical view.In these three years, we realized that quite a lot of new concept words of scientific and technical fields in Thai, Malay and Indonesian languages are loan words from English.From this point, we concluded that syntactic support is more important than technical words for technical Japanese learning system.Finally we obtained the result by realizing multilingual dictionaries in learning support system ASUNARO.
