The purpose of this research is to develop the system that enables to store the database with questionnaire data by the Internet and transmits a prompt information to the Internet causing the database coordinated with the WWW server. To put it more concretely, there is the system that generates automatically the definition of database from the source program of the survey reply screen (which is already developed) and accumulates reply data to the database. Furthermore it is to do as be and be able to autcunate se'ries of processing to disclose prompt the database with web.1. the decision of system specificationHeretofore we have developed the questionnaire survey input screen preparation support system by us ing the java language. Thereupon, i t made to cause the database definition that extracts the definition information of the survey item for database, from the java sauce fi le where produces this questionnaire survey input screen and a database management system require generated. In this case, we used database management system Oracle8i.2. the development of the systemComing old to become the system corresponding to JDK1. 3, regarding the part that generates a database definition file we developed it in accordance with the specification change of that questionnaire survey input screen preparation support system. Developing the tool that registers database definition with Oracle8i about the server control tool, it had been decided that the construction of database is produced automatically. Also, we developed the function so that it becomes possible and registers, by transforming established data into the file of a CSV format, as the method that registers established data to the database that was constructed. 3. the preparation of the operation manualWe made the operation manual so that we can use the developed system anyone. This consists of the explanation of configuration and also each function from the instal lation of the program.
