项目摘要

1.本研究の目的妊産婦を対象とした健康情報メディアの効果を測定、評価する実証的研究を行うことを前提に、健康情報メディアにもりこむための、妊娠・出産に関わる健康情報ニードとその内容を明らかにすること。2.本研究の実施方法妊産婦(経産婦及び初産婦)に対し、Focus Group Discussion(以下「FGD」)を行い、以下の質問を行った。(1)妊娠中に関する情報を、どのように入手しているか?(2)出産に関する情報を、どのように入手しているか?(3)IT技術(パソコン、携帯電話など)を用いて、妊娠・出産に関する情報を入手したり、相談することについて、どんなメリット・デメリットがあると思うか?(4)妊娠・出産に関する健康のことで、携帯電話で情報を入手したり相淡できるとしたら、どのような健康情報を入手したり、どのような相談をしたいと思うか?FGDの結果は録音され、テープ起こしを経て、オープン・コーデイングの手法を用いて分析された。3.結果の概要研究の結果、以下の点が明らかになった。(1)経産婦および初産婦では、必要とされる健康情報および、そのために必要な資源(ネットワーク、過去の経験など)が異なることが考えられた。具体的には、経産婦は、過去の出産時の経験から、自分に必要な健康情報を能動的に選択することが多いことが考えられた。(2)経産婦および初産婦では、携帯電話による情報収集に関わる環境が異なることが考えられた。具体的には、経産婦の場合、長子の世話などで忙しいことが多く、携帯電話を利用する時間がないことが考えられた。4.今後の裸題本研究の結果を通して、健康情報メディアの必要性がより大きいのは、特に初産婦であることが考えられた。今後は、これらの結果をとおして、より具体的なコンテンツ作りに発展させていく必要があると考えられる。
