项目摘要

最新の情報・制御技術を応用して、道路と自動車と運転者の3者の関係を統合し、高度な交通サービスを可能とするシステムが開発されている。特に動的交通情報の提供により、道路網全体の効率的利用を図り、社会的費用の削減、環境悪化の抑止に寄与する高度交通情報システムが着目されている。ただし、情報と交通行動の因果、関係の把握が十分でないため、管理者の予測外の運転者の行動変化が現れ、情報のない時より非効率な交通状態に陥る可能性も十分にある。現時点では有効適切な情報提供システム、特にそのソフト面は確立されてはおらず道路交通の情報化に対する合意形成も十分ではない。以上の諸課題の解決の端緒として、旅行時間情報提供の効果分析のための、包括的シミュレーションモデルの構築を目指す。種々のレベルの情報が提供された場合のドライバー行動およびフローの変動を予測可能で、ミクロならびにマクロな視点から評価可能なモデルとする。本グループが持つ情報提供下の経路選択行動分析に関する成果を基礎として、本研究を遂行した。本研究では動的情報の提供が交通状態に及ぼす影響に関して、定量的に評価するためのシミュレーションシステムの構築を試みた。そのため最初に、屋内実験の結果に基づき推定された経路選択行動モデルと、本研究グループが開発した動的交通シミュレーションモデルを1つの動的行動シミュレーションシステムと統合した。構築したシステムの挙動の確認を行い、さらに、シミュレーションの結果を利用した経路選択実験の実施・分析を介してシステムを更新し、説明力の向上を図った。その後情報内容・精度等を体系的に設定した数値実験を複数ケース行い、既存道路網の効率的利用を促進する方向へと、ドライバーの行動を誘導することに有効な情報提供に関する基礎的条件を整理した。
