Creation and Use Evaluation of a Digital Archive about the Fundamental Information Education of an Upper-Secondary-Education Staged

This research examined the suitable contents of study in the fundamental information education equivalent to an upper-secondary-education stage, and carried out for two years in it for the purpose of collecting and accumulating the digital teaching materials based on the contents. The following results were obtained about digital contents accumulation, use evaluation and the systems configuration.1 The framework of the digital contents neededContents required in order to act as the professor of the fundamental information education were arranged, and writing and edit of a textbook ("practical use and technology" of the information in network society) based on this were advanced focusing on the member of this research, and have been published in February, 2003.2 Collection and accumulation of digital contentsIn order to accumulate the contents for education, what is required and it becomes a subject how it collects. For this reason, it calls out in a related society, a meeting, etc., and many people offer lecture data, a glossary, a test question, etc. from a lesson person in charge, and it is accumulated.3 Use evaluationThe difference between the educational contents which we are examining, and the contents of a high school common subject "information" was examined. It inquired through practice by actual lesson whether based on this examination, it is required as a study item of a technical college.4 Construction of a open systemThe internet server was created in order to exhibit on the Internet the digital contents created and collected. This server has the disk of the large scale and quantity reliability by RAID, and also considers security. Moreover, it fixed so that a backup server was able to perform a contents synchronization safely.
