项目摘要
We focus on the case study of in-service training in Tamamura elementary school (Gunma Prefecture) during 1930s and 1940s. The results of our works are as follows.1.We reprinted the school magazine of teachers in Tamamura, ‘Sogen'. Reprint of ‘Sogen' is part of research data for facts of teacher training.2.We can point out a few characteristics of in-service training in Tamamura elementary school.・The method of teaching study in Tamamura elementary school is best in Japan. The reason is two points ; collective and heuristic. Teachers created teaching method by collaboration. They mutually observed the classroom and advised on the better methods. They deepened their knowledge of teaching through discovering the value of real children's activities.・Teachers in Tamamura elementary school drew theory from facts of children's learninng in the classroom. This style of teaching study was greatly influenced by the editor of educational magazine ‘Kyoiku Ronso', SEGAWA Yoritarou. The promoter of teaching study in Tamamura elementary school, SAITO Kihaku produced original teaching in Shima elementary school (Gunma Prefecture) during 1950s. It based on the teaching study in Tamamura elementary school.
本研究以30年代至40年代间群马县田村小学的在职培训个案为研究对象。我们的工作成果如下:我们重印了田村教师的校刊《Sogen》。“Sogen”的转载是教师培训事实研究数据的一部分。我们可以指出Tamamura小学在职培训的几个特点。·田村小学的教学方法在日本是最好的。原因有两点;集体和启发式。教师通过协作创造教学方法。他们互相观察课堂,并就更好的方法提出建议。他们通过发现真正的儿童活动的价值,加深了他们的教学知识。·Tamamura小学的老师从孩子们在课堂上学习的事实中汲取理论。这种教学研究风格很大程度上受到了教育杂志《共同评论》的编辑SEGAWA Yoritarou的影响。作为玉村小学教学研究的推动者,斋藤菊白于20世纪50年代在群马县岛小学进行了原创教学。本文以Tamamura小学的教学研究为基础。
