英文摘要
The aim of this study is to evaluate the internal adaptation and defects of dental prosthesis non-destructively and three-dimensionally using micro-focus x-ray computed tomography. At first, the internal adaptation of three kind of all-ceramic crown, Angel Crown(Media), Procera Allceram(Nobel Biocare), IPS Empress(Ivoclar Vivadent) was measured and analyzed. As a result, 1) The standard deviation of internal gap of Angel crown was lower than the other all-ceramic crowns and it had stable adaptation. 2)Procera Allceram crowns had the homogeneous gaps except margins. 3)IPS-Empress crowns had the best adaptation than the CAD/CAM crowns. It revealed that CAD/CAM all-ceramic crown had the stable adaptation of CAD/CAM all-ceramic crown was revealed nondestructively and three-dimensionally using micro-focus x-ray CT.Next, the internal defects of three kinds of all-ceramic crown except Estenia crown was analyzed. As a result, it was recognized that the numbers of internal defects of CAD/CAM crowns are very few and It was revealed that heat-pressed all-ceramic crown and the parts of porcelain made by manual works had many and several size of internal defects.By means of micro CT, it was possible to non-destructively and three-dimensionally examine all-ceramic crowns for internal adaptation and defects. If micro CT was easily used in clinically, it was recognized that the fractures of metal-free crowns could be decreased.
