本研究は都市広域化のもたらす環境影響を、都市圏全域という巨視的な観点から、都市の人工的な小空間における生活環境という微視的な立場まで多面的に調査し、そこで起こりつつある現象を解明し、それへの対策を見いだし、提言へとつなげようとするものである。全体研究は、(1)広域都市圏の環境計画、(2)都市の広域化に伴う環境変化、(3)都市社会基盤システムのもたらす環境影響とその改善、(4)都市人工空間の環境評価、という4つの部門から構成される。本研究会(基礎班)は、このような都市環境に関する総合的な研究を十分な成果をうるように導くために組織され、研究内容の調整、研究成果報告会の開催研究成果のまとめ等を主な業務としている。本年度においては全体会合を計6回開催し、研究計画の調整と確立に努めるとともに、以下のような活動を通じてこのような大組織かつ学際的な共同研究の円滑な遂行とその社会的環元を図った。1)昨年度と同様に本研究会独自のシンポジウムを開催し、環境問題研究者や自治体・民間企業の実務者との議論を積極的に行い、研究の相互理解と研究計画の確認、調整に努めた。共同研究においてはその各段階において各自の研究を整理、報告し、研究内容や問題点に関する情報鋼管を行っておくことが不可欠であり、同様のシンポジウムを最終年度においても開催する予定である。2)本研究会においては、各研究者のこれまでの研究実績や本研究での成果を社会的な教育啓蒙にも役立てることを目的として、都市環境問題やそれへの対策について体系的に論じた書物の出版を計画しており、今年度1年を通じて執筆内容の詳細な打ち合せと調整を行ってきた。現在までに、全ての執筆原稿の読み合わせ、内容調整、原稿の加筆、修正を完了し、次年度当初には出版の予定である。

This study focuses on the impact of urban localization on the environment, the global urban landscape, the artificial small space of the city, the living environment, the Weishi app, and the multi-faceted investigation to explain the phenomenon and the countermeasures. The overall study includes: (1) environmental planning of metropolitan areas;(2) environmental changes associated with urban regionalization;(3) environmental impact and improvement of urban social infrastructure;(4) environmental assessment of urban artificial spaces; and (4) sectoral composition. This seminar (basic class) focuses on the organization, adjustment of research contents, and promotion of research results at the seminar on urban environment. This year, we have six meetings to promote, adjust and establish the research plan, and the following activities to promote the joint research of large organizations and the implementation of social elements 1)In the past year, the research association has been working independently to promote the development of environmental issues, the discussion of local governments and private enterprises, the active implementation of research and mutual understanding, and the confirmation and adjustment of research plans. Joint research is carried out at all levels of the organization, and their respective studies are organized, reported, and studied. Information on the problem points is provided. 2) The research results of this research association, the achievements of each researcher, the achievements of this research, the establishment of social education enlightenment, the purpose, the urban environmental problems, the countermeasures, the discussion of the system, the publication plan of books, and the detailed adjustment of the contents of this year's research. Now, the author of the whole manuscript is ready, the content is adjusted, the manuscript is added, the revision is completed, and the publication is scheduled at the beginning of the next year.
