项目摘要

I 昭和63年度から平成2年度までの3ケ年にわたって実施された当該重点領域研究で得られた成果をまとめ、報告書を作成した。当該研究に関わった研究者は、医学、心理学、教育学、教育工学など広い範囲から延べ約150名におよび、学際的に研究活動が推進された。研究成果報告書は、研究代表者による「コミュニケ-ション障害に関する研究動向」と、以下の5領域から提出された81編の研究抄録から構成されている。1.早期発見と診断の研究ーコミュニケ-ション障害児の鑑別診断特に医学的診断に関する研究ー2.指導法の研究(1)コミュニケ-ション障害の構造と指導(2)乳幼児期のコミュニケ-ション障害の研究(3)児童期におけるコミュニケ-ション障害の研究3.発達予測の研究(1)言語障害の類型と発達予測に関する研究(2)コミュニケ-ション障害児の発達予測に関する疫学的研究4.教育工学的方法の研究ーコミュニケ-ション障害児のCAIシステムの適用に関する研究ー5.コミュニケ-ション障害者の社会適応に関する研究II 学校におけるコミュニケ-ション障害の問題を具体事例として取り上げ報告書を作成した。愛育養護学校をフィ-ルドとし、その中で児童生徒、および場、物との絡み合いの様相を内省報告から検討し、コミュニケ-ション障害の発生と消長の過程を構造化した。
