项目摘要

研究目的発達初期の母子間の非言語的コミュニケーションが後の言語によるコミュニケーションの基礎として重要であることは近年の乳児研究によって部分的に解明されつつあるが、本方面の研究は未だ緒についたばかりである。我々の研究班は従来行って来た研究を深める形で研究を進め、先ず第一に健常母子間の非言語的コミュニケーションモダリティ(ジェスチャー、表情、表面皮膚温変化)によるコミュニケーションの定量的測定法の改良、開発を行い、次にその方法論を用いて非言語的コミュニケーションの成立に係わる児側、母側の行動要因を明らかにし、健常な母子における発達初期コミュニケーションの正常像を明らかにすることを目的とする。また、その解明を通してコミュニケーション障害の原因論、予防へのインプリケーションを目指す。本年度の研究実績1)ジェスチャー、表情、顔面皮膚温等の変化を画像解析するためのソフトを開発した。2)生後半年迄の乳児とその母親を対象として、実験的に設定した母子相互作用場面・ストレンジャ場面等における母子あるいはストレンジャ・子の非言語的コミュニケーション行動(ジェスチャー、表情、表面皮膚温変化)をVTR、サーモグラフで記録し、例数を増やした。3)VTR記録、サーモグラムの一部を既に既存の解析法・解析ソフトで解析し、解析結果は以下のようであった。イ)乳児期初期からの乳児の、特に人に係わる情報の受信に関しての鋭敏なコミュニケーション能力が示唆された。ロ)受信能力と行動発現能力の発達初期段階におけるギャップが重要であることが示唆された。

Objective: To explore the importance of non-verbal communication between mother and child in early development, and to explore the basis of verbal communication between mother and child.
