A Development of clinical type "Method of research on lesson study within a school" for teaching practice by media use

本报告描述了各地学校在职教师培训的方面和方法。(1)教师人数较少的学校(2)中等规模学校初中自主培训方法(3)幼儿园、小学、初中合作培训前景的设置对媒体的使用是有效的。对于自主训练，使用标签纸的车间式训练方法是有效的。特别是对提高教师的建议意识、深化事后讨论具有一定的效果。它报告了一个教师根据这些结果编写教材的案例。这里展示了孩子们学习的转变。

This report describes the aspect and the method of the in-service teacher training at the school around.(1)at the school where number of teachers is little(2)Autonomous training method in medium-scale school junior high school(3)kindergarten, elementary school, and junior high school cooperatedIt is effective the setting of the training prospects presses the use of media.For autonomous training, the method of training the workshop type that uses the tag paper is found to be effective. Especially, it is shown that it is effective in increasing of the proposal of teacher's awareness, and the deepen of the discussion afterwards. It reports on the case with the development of teaching materials that one teacher did based on these results. The transformation of children's learning is shown there.
