A Research of Life Styles and Dental Health behaviors in Young Ages

(1)采用问卷调查的方法，比较学生（1477人）和60 ~ 80岁年龄组（319人）在学龄前期和20岁左右阶段的牙齿健康行为。老一辈人的家庭医生非常少，在他们年轻的时候，早期的治疗并不令人满意。只有33%的男生和25%的女生有信心在80岁时还能保留20颗牙齿。(2)高中生（被试748人）采用上述类似问卷进行调查。结果表明，他们的健康促进意识有所提高，但牙齿健康行为似乎还不够。将研究结果呈现给全校师生，并作为全校师生开展牙齿健康行为启蒙活动的依据。(3)对13名对学龄儿童进行口腔健康教育的瑜伽老师（学校护士）进行了访谈。教师重视学校活动、学校健康规划委员会、班级活动和学校口腔健康教育辅导。同时也认识到家庭开展口腔健康教育的必要性。(4)分析了近年来市场上软饮料含糖量的变化趋势，与1981年和1985年的同类产品相比，许多饮料中普遍减少了蔗糖并添加了新的合成甜味剂。

(1) Students(subjects ; 1477) and 60 to 80-year-old generations(subjects : 319) were compared with dental health behaviors in their past school-child stages and about 20-year-old stages using questionaires. An elder generations had very much small home doctors and cared early treatments unsatisfactory In their young ages.Only 33% of male students and 25% of female students have self-confidences of retention of 20 teeth at their 80 years old.(2) High school students(subjects ; 748) were investigated with similar questionaire above. It was proved that their consciousness for health promotion were improved, but dental health behaviors were seemed to be not enough in them. These results were represented to all staffs and students in a school, and utilized for their enlightenment activities of dental health behaviors.(3) Investigators interviewed 13 of yogo teachers(school nurses) who practiced dental health education to school children. Teachers attached importance to school events, school health planning committees, class activities and tutorial guidances for dental health education in schools. And necessity of dental health education at home was also recognized.(4) A recent trend of sugar contents in soft drinks on the market was analized, It was cleared that a reduction of sucrose and a new addition of synthetic sweeteners were popularized in many drinks, compared with 1981 and 1985 of identical products.
