多変数超幾何微分方程式系の現代版としては,グラスマン多様体の概念の拡張であるコンパクトエルミート対称空間である上のある種の同変D加群や,そのアフィン版であるA超幾何系が代表的である.青本和彦氏やGelfand学派によって,ここ十数年のうちに,この分野は大きく成長したように見える.コンパクトな対称空間上の理論は大域的な見地とルート系などのリ-理論との関連で興味深く,齋藤睦氏や谷崎俊之氏によって進展がある.代表者は,まず,一般のA超幾何系の正則性を同変D加群の理論を応用して証明した(引用文献).さらに具体的な研究を行うべく,A超幾何系の環論的構成と,トーリック多様体との類似によって,系を定義するユークリッド空間内の凸多面体の幾何学的性質との関係を調べた.さらに詳しく言えば,系の階数(局所独立解の個数)が,適当な条件の下で,この多面体の体積と等しいということは以前から分かっていたが,我々が得た正則性の結果を始めとする観察によって,系の特異点の近辺での解の様子や,その精密化である偏屈層の不変量と多面体の面,辺,稜等の繋がり具合についての関連が分かってきた.他に分担者である吉田,永田による可換環特に単純拡大の研究と,栗林によるループ空間のコホモロジー環についての結果がある.

The Modern Edition of Hypergeometric Differential Equation System with Multi-variable Number and the Concept of Multi-variable Body The Gelfand School of Akimoto and Hiko has grown up in the past decade. The theory of space and the theory of large domain are very interesting, Saito Mukki and Tanizaki Shunyuki are making progress. The regularity of general A hypergeometric system and D additive group theory are proved by using the representative theory (cited literature). In this paper, we study the structure of ring theory of A hypergeometric system, and discuss the geometric properties and relations of convex polyhedra in hypergeometric space. The order of the system (number of local independent solutions) is, under appropriate conditions, the volume of the polyhedron is equal to the volume of the polyhedron, and the relationship between the volume of the polyhedron and the number of local independent solutions is obtained. He shared the research of Yoshida, Nagata and other interchangeable rings.
