项目摘要

平成27年度の私の研究は大きく分けて以下の二つに分けられる①デリダにおける死刑と切迫の問題デリダはその最晩年のセミネールで2年にわたり死刑という問題に哲学的に取り組んだ。その時期に前後して行われた対談の数々、および同年代の著作での言及から部分的にわかっていたものだあったが、2012年に初年度、2015年に2年目が刊行され、デリダの死刑論によりアクセスしやすくなったと言える。同セミネールではハイデガーの現存在と死の先駆をはじめとした死の哲学、そして死刑によって人間の尊厳が保たれるとするカントの道徳形而上学をはじめとした死刑の哲学が批判されている。またハイデガーとの関連では、同じく現存在の死を扱った『アポリア』などとの関係でデリダがハイデガーの死の哲学をいかに批判的に継承したのかを論じた論文を1本上梓した。②デリダの生命論の準備・続前年度に準備されたデリダの生命論というテーマをさらに進展させるべく、北仏カーンに所在する現代出版記憶研究所に保管されているデリダの草稿のうち、1974-75年講義の「生死」草稿を調査した。同講義は前年度にデリダの切迫と生命の思考との結節点であるという仮説を立てた「思弁する――フロイトを超えて／について」のもととなった講義と並んで、デリダがフランソワ・ジャコブの『生命の論理』を読解した回も含まれており、とりわけ後者は未刊であったために資料的価値が高いものだった。またカンギレムらフランスエピステモロジーやニーチェの生物学主義といった他の参照項も講義内に見られ、これまでは同じ『絵葉書』に収録されたラカン論や疑似書簡との関係でのみ扱われることの多かったフロイト論を、新たな視点から論じていくことができるように思われる。この問題については今後にも継続して取り組んでいきたい。
