1研究目的:老年期におけるスポーツ活動は体力や精神的能力の維持において重要な意味を持っているがその活動を支える運動意欲について老年期のデータはほとんど報告されていない。そこで本研究は老年期の運動意欲の因子構造を明らかにし、それらの因子を測定すると仮定される項目を決定し、さらに検査の信頼性の妥当性を明らかにすることを目的とした。2研究方法(1)調査対象:地域スポーツ活動に参加している60才以上の男女1000名(2)調査手続:都市及び郡部地域から4ケ所を選び、郵送法により調査用紙を発送し、回収した。また一部地域については直接調査者が面接し、調査を実施した。その結果、調査回収率は約78%であった。3結果及び考察SPSSのFACTORのPAZにより第一段階で固有値1.0以上の因子は10であり、その寄与率は56.1%であった。さらに第2段階の分析では固有値1.0以上の因子は5であったが、6番目の因子は固有値0.85で比較的解釈が可能な因子であったため、第6因子も含めることにした。この際6因子の累積寄与率は40.7%であった。抽出された因子はそれぞれ次のように解釈された。第1因子:運動有能感、第2因子:親和欲求、第3因子:活動欲求、第4因子:競争欲求、第5因子:失敗不安、第6因子:運動価値感、以上の6因子が老年期の運動意欲を構成する主な因子であると判断された。これに対して児童期で明らかにされていた運動技術などに関する達成意欲は老年期において抽出されなかった。また、本測定についての信頼性及び妥当性が検討された結果、この質問紙法による検査の標準化が可能であることが実証された。

1. Purpose of the study: Activity in old age and maintenance of physical and mental abilities are important for maintaining activity in old age. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of exercise intention in old age and to investigate the appropriateness of exercise intention. 2. Research methods: (1) Survey subjects: 1000 men and women over 60 years old who participated in the survey activities;(2) Survey participants: urban and prefectural regions;(4) Survey sites;(5) Survey paper distribution; and (6) Survey returns. In some areas, direct investigations are conducted in person, and investigations are conducted in person. The survey results show that the survey return rate is about 78%. 3. The factor of PAZ of SPSS FACTOR is 10, and the rate of PAZ is 56.1%. The analysis of the 2nd level is based on the inherent value of 1.0 and above, and the factor of 5 and 6 is based on the inherent value of 0.85. The solution of the comparison is based on the inherent value of 1.0 and above, and the factor of 6 is based on the inherent value of 0.85. The cumulative return rate of the six factors was 40.7%. The extraction factor is the second time. The first factor: exercise sense, the second factor: affinity desire, the third factor: activity desire, the fourth factor: competition desire, the fifth factor: failure anxiety, the sixth factor: exercise sense, the above six factors constitute the main factors of exercise desire in old age. This is the first time that I have ever been involved in sports. The reliability and validity of this assay are discussed, and the standardization of this assay is possible.
