Study of Land Use Planning using Potential Productivity

1.本研究以长野县中部的中心地区为研究对象。收集整理了野外气象水文、地形等基础资料.不同下垫面（即：e.稻田、高地、裸地、草地等）在各季节的典型日变化中进行了测定。分析了不同表面条件下的热平衡。根据测定的土壤水分资料，估算了不同土壤表面的波文什比，作为土壤水分条件与植物生产力关系的参数。这一比值表明了各季节土壤水分有限状况有效参数的可能性.水稻生态参数（如：光合作用，叶面积，蒸散量等），这是培养在不同的土壤水分和土壤肥料水平的试验田，在生长季节进行了测量。结果表明，光合作用量主要受土壤水分胁迫的限制，叶面积的发展受土壤肥力条件的限制.探讨了在土地利用规划中引入生产潜力的评价流程。

1. Chuushin area, central part of Nagano prefecture, was selected as this study field. The fundamental data of meteo-hydrological and terrain information in the field are collected and recompiled.2. Vertical distributions of air temperature and humidity under various land surface ( i. e. paddy field, upland field, bare land, grass land and so on) were measured in typical diurnal variations of each season. And then, heat balance under various surface conditions were analyzed. As the parameter of the relationship between soil water conditions and plant productivity, Bowensh'ratio under various soil surfaces were estimated from above measured data. The ratio indicate the possibility of effective parameter of showing the limited soil moisture conditions in each season.3. Ecological parameter of paddy-rice (ex. photosynthesis, leaf area, evapotranspiration and so on), which is cultivated under various soil water and soil fertilizer levels at the experimental fields, was measured during the growing season. The result shows the amount of photosynthesis was mainly restricted by soil water stress and the development of leaf area was limited by soil fertilizer conditions.4. The evaluating-flow introducing the potential productivity on land-use planning was discussed.
