The purpose of this study is to gain the theoretical and practical knowledge of 'the Intercultural Education' in France.The research has revealed some features of the intercultural education in France including French Government's policy as follows.(1) Target group of this education is gradually broadening from foreign migrant workers' children to all children in France. And now, its purpose is to educate all children a skill for cooperation and symbiosis with foreigner and another ethnic grope in French society.(2) According to the settle down of foreign migrant worker in France, there are some children and parent want gain French nationality. Cooperate with this movement, this education for symbiosis is gradually changing its purpose and contents, and to be education for French nationals. Results of this trends, there are few consideration about the ethnic and cultural diversity of these children.(3) There are double dimension in French education policy on intercultural education. One is a education that aims at symbiosis of all people who have different cultural and ethnic backgrounds each other.On the other hand, it aims at making French nation.(4) The impact of integrating european countries to European Union make sure that there are lots of differences within these countries, such as national character, culture, language and so on.As mentioned above, the intercultural education in France had tow opposite dimensions. To form full evaluation of this 'Intercultural education' in France, we has to regard European movements to shift real European Union.

本研究的目的是了解法国跨文化教育的理论和实践，研究揭示了法国跨文化教育的一些特点，包括法国政府的政策：(1)这种教育的目标群体正逐步从外国移徙工人子女扩大到法国的所有儿童。现在，它的目的是教育所有儿童与外国人和法国社会中的另一个种族群体合作和共生的技能。(2)根据在法国定居的外国移民工人，有一些孩子和父母希望获得法国国籍。配合这一运动，这种共生教育正在逐步改变其目的和内容，成为法国国民的教育。由于这种趋势，很少考虑这些儿童的族裔和文化多样性。(3)法国的跨文化教育政策具有双重性。一种是旨在使所有具有不同文化和种族背景的人相互共生的教育，另一种是旨在使法国民族化的教育。(4)欧洲国家融入欧盟的冲击使得这些国家内部在民族性格、文化、语言等方面存在着诸多差异。如上所述，法国的跨文化教育呈现出两个对立的维度。要对法国的这种“跨文化教育”形成全面的评价，我们必须把欧洲运动视为转向真实的欧洲联盟。
