项目摘要

3年間の研究により明らかにしえた諸点は次の如くである。1.19世紀中葉の「神」は現実世界に未来への展望や希望を与えうる存在ではなく、カトリック教会も激動する社会に対して有効な関わりを持てていなかった。ボードレールの「現罪」意識は、このことの端的な表れである。2.それに対して、普仏戦争とパリコミューンの時代を生きたランボーは従来の退嬰的な<超越性>とは異なる、より未来へと開かれた<超越性>の可能であることを提示した。3.そのランボーの、詩と詩論における<超越性>のあり方は、アルベール・ド・マンらの社会的発言や行動、さらには、1891年の「レールム・ノヴァルム」以降の教皇の社会回勅において示される、宗教性と社会・国家の関係のとらえ方に通底する。4.3における教皇の社会回勅に示された宗教性と社会の関係を、宇宙的な規模でもっとも純化した形で思想化したのが、ティヤール・ド・シャルダンの思想といえる。5.ティヤール・ド・シャルダンの思想と、ランボーの考え方には、多くの点で重なりあうところがある。ランボーの詩と詩論は、新たな超越性という観点からとらえなおす必要がある。以上の全体の内容を、報告書中の「アルチュール・ランボーの詩・詩論の同時代以降キリスト教思想との、歴史的比較研究―教皇の社会回勅およびティヤール・ド・シャルダンの思想との関連を中心にー」にまとめ、また、ボードレールおよびランボーについては、本書類裏面に揚げ2つの論文において個々の問題点を論述した。
