The Cultural Exchange between Japanese and Chinese Literati in Meiji 10's

本研究旨在分析明治10年代中日文人之间的文化交流，尤其是对中国第二、四任驻日公使李叔昌及其日本友人的文化交流。在这一学期的课题中，我发表了一些后来被列入的论文，但我还有很多课题（如宫岛清一郎文献）没有解决，所以我将继续研究。胡治野开南，著名的文人和他的女儿Shinko，他们是李部长和他的情妇的朋友。李鸿章写了有关胡志野的墓志铭，也写了新科的墓志铭为情妇。慎子与李的侍从陈处是朋友。这些友谊在中日战争前的明治时代很重要。李鸿章的藏书目录是这一时期中国文人私人藏书的典范，其中不乏日本作家的著作。这是他对日本研究的结果，他帮助编辑了中国特使傅云龙的《日本金石志》，这本书显示了他们对日本文化财产的兴趣。这也是两国文化交流的一个例子。作为附带研究，笔者考察了著名学者罗振宇与日本著名汉学家内藤柯南之间的友谊。

The aim of this research project is to analyze the cultural exchange between Japanese and Chinese literati in Meiji 10s, especially on Li shu-chang, the second and fourth Chinese minister to Japan, and his Japanese friends. In this term of project, I published some theses later listed, but I have many subjects (e.g. MIYAJIMA Seiichirou documents) which are not solved, so will continue to research.HUJINO Kainan, a famous literati and his daughter Shinko, they were friends with minister Li and his mistress. Li wrote the epitaph concerned HUJINO, also wrote Shinko the epitaph for the mistress. Shinko was friends with Li's attendant Chen Chu. These friendship were important in this Meiji era before the Sino-Japanese war. The catalog of Li's books is a model of Chinese literati personal library in this period and we can find many books written by Japanese author. This is a result of his research for Japan.Chen helped to edit "Jih-pen chin-shih-chih" written by Fu yun-lung, the envoy from China, this book shows their interests in Japanese cultural properties. This is also an example of cultural exchange between the two countries. As a by-product, I investigated about friendship between Lo Chen-yu, an eminent scholar, and NAITO Konan, a famous Japanese sinologist.
