项目摘要

伝統医学(東洋医学)では主に診察者の主観的情報を扱うために、診療システムの開発が非常に遅れている。これまでに我々は臨床に適合した東洋医学の診療システムを開発するために、主観的情報を処理することができるファジィ理論を応用して、初歩的な診療システムの構築に取り組んでいる。本年度の研究では、前年度に再構築した診療システムの正診率を再検証した。また、個人の診察情報を経時的処理できる診療システムの開発を試みたので報告する。東洋医学の診療システムの再検証と経時的処理できる診療システムの開発1.東洋医学の診療システムの再検証は、舌診断支援システムを改良した後に、学生ボランティアと患者を対象に、システムの出力結果とその正診率を検討した。その結果、昨年度に検証した結果とほぼ同等であり、概ね臨床的な診断に近い結果を得ることができた。また、学生ボランティア群ではシステムの正診率が86%であったが、患者群では正診率が70%と前年度の結果に比して低くなり、システムの改良が必要となった。2.舌診断支援システムの問題点を明確にするために、質問票による判断結果も加えて、患者150名を対象に舌診断支援システムの検証を行った。結果は解析中である(第14回バイオメディカル・ファジィ・システム学会に発表予定:2001.10.)。3.個人の診察所見を経時的に捉えることができる初歩的なシステムの開発を試みた。対象者2例の2ヶ月間の経時的なデータを集積し、その検証を行ってみた。その結果、診察者による所見結果は体調の変化と類似していたが、舌診断支援システムの結果を補正する脈拍や血圧などのデータ処理に問題があり、システムの改良が必要であることが判った。今後、データを補正処理ができるようにシステムを改良すること、舌所見を画像解析できるシステムを付加することが課題となった。
