The modern Idea of Enlightenment in Germany and the Development of the German Language, especially about the linguistic proposals of G.W.Leibniz.

本文首先收集了有关18世纪德国启蒙思想<th>和近代德语发展的书籍和文章，分析了哲学思想与语言发展的关系。为了更好地理解这一点，我们邀请了两位著名的德国教授到日本：Armin Burkhardt先生（马格德堡大学）和Peter Schmidt先生（明斯特大学）。由此我们得出以下结论：虽然莱布尼茨的句法观存在着一些不足之处，（尤其是在他的句子结构中），他关于将德语培养为科学语言的建议具有建设性，足以使德语成为欧洲最好的文化语言之一：他首先关注词汇的丰富，不仅通过构词法进行语言更新，而且通过对古代表达的语言再利用。2001年3月，在大坂-神户的德国语言学会学术讨论会上，我们在德语史的大背景下，共同报道了新德语正字法的意义和评价，并首次翻译了莱布尼茨的两篇关于德语培养的著名论文。

First we collected books and articles on the idea of German enlightenment in the 18^<th> century and the development of the German language in the modern times, we analyzed then the relationships between the philosophic ideas and the language development. To comprehend this point much better, we invited two prominent German professors to Japan : Mr. Armin Burkhardt (Magdeburg University) and Mr. Peter Schmitter (Munster University). They gave us suggestions and advices.Thus we came to the following conclusion : Although Leibniz had several lacking points in his syntactic concepts (especially in his sentence constructions), his proposals of cultivation of the German language as a science language were constructive enough to make German one of the best cultural languages in Europe : He paid attention above all to lexical enrichments, not only by means of linguistic renovation through word formation, but also by means of linguistic recycling of archaic expressions. In the context of the history of the German language we both reported about the meaning and evaluation of the new German orthography in the symposium of the Gesellschaft fur Germatistik im Bezirk Osaka-Kobe in March 2001.We delivered also translations of the two famous tractates about the cultivation of the German language of Leibniz as the first translations into Japanese.
